Owning or leasing a property often comes with a responsibility for maintenance. Maintenance planning is crucial in order to maintain the asset in perfect condition in the most economical way on both short and long term. Maintenance plans up to 30 years can be provided. We also provide compliance inspections to verify maintenance obligations of tenants.

For certain building parts like roofs, balconies, chimneys, etc. accessibility can be limited without significant safety equipment or expensive machinery like skylifts.  In those cases, drone surveying and imaging can be a useful alternative to document the condiction of those building parts.

In case they occur they often risk to drag out in time and end up being costly for all involved parties.
