We conduct periodical visits to the construction site to verify the progress of the construction process. Execution is verified with the available drawings based on sample checks and our initial risk assessment. Inspections can be done on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on the project and the need. Each visit is documented in a periodical report, allowing for quick intervention if any issues are detected.
At completion of the project, we can assist during the final inspections as a third party monitor. A final report can be issued, summarazing the construction process.

Should we, during our visual inspection, identify the need for additional investigations, we can either conduct these investigations or assist in finding suitable contractors that can conduct the type of investigation needed. We also have established collaborations with external partners, allowing us to involve the best experts in Iceland.
