A report will be issued. This will cover an assessment based on visual inspection of all visual building parts. Identified defects and repair and maintenance needs will be listed. Identified needs for further investigations will be listed. A picture annex is included in the report.
Limitations apply for the inspections, these will be specified in the offer we provide prior to each assignment.
Regardless of the type of inspection, we always provide availability to assist and answer your questions related to our inspection and findings. We can also provide support in negotiations with the broker/seller if needed. Hourly rates apply for additional support.
Should we, during our visual inspection, identify the need for additional investigations, we can either conduct these investigations or assist in finding suitable contractors that can conduct the type of investigation needed.
